On Thursday, I spent 4 hours with one of my growing Auto Glass Partners and a roomful of eager Insurance Agents. I do a lot of these Continuing Education (CE) events but I'm still left a little shocked.
A distributor sales rep gave me the heads up regarding a mid-size Auto Glass Shop experiencing problems with a competitor's adhesive. The nuisance leaks had grown to the point where the Owner was considering a product change at the four person shop.

The auto glass business is at a disadvantage when it comes to making customers excited. When people need their windshield replaced they’ve just been the victim of an accident, bad weather, or vandalism.

State mandated Continuing Education Courses for Insurance Agents remain a great way to grab Agents attention and build a relationship.

You've probably heard the old saying, "make hay while the sun shines", right? Unfortunately, for Auto Glass Techs, we have to make hay while the sun hides, the snow comes down sideways, and jack frost nips at every exposed inch of skin.

Western New York Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Pro's don't have many opportunities to attend Auto Glass Technician Training without traveling hundreds of miles and paying top dollar.

A crystal ball is an effective tool for planning your future. If you're a witch.
Unfortunately most of us mortals need to use the old fashion method of research followed by guessing when it comes to the skills, processes, and products we'll need to succeed in the future of Auto Glass Installation.
